This part-time position is designed for those who wish to transition from fieldwork to education, guiding apprentices through the intricacies of the HVAC trade at our dedicated training facility.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement a structured curriculum tailored to the program's objectives and assessment criteria.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and OSHA safety standards.
  • Monitor and document apprentice performance, behavior, and achievements.
  • Maintain communication with the Install Manager regarding apprentice development.
  • Continuously assess and enhance curriculum relevance.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures in all activities.
  • Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.
Work Schedule:
  • Part-time position.
  • Available Monday through Friday.
  • Morning hours from 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM.

Qualifications:
  • Must hold EPA Certification.
