Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth and meet customer needs.
- Manage and grow existing customer relationships, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Oversee recruiting efforts to ensure a qualified pool of talent is available to meet customer demand.
- Strategically manage branch profit and loss (P&L) to ensure financial performance and profitability.
- Lead and manage a team of branch staff, providing coaching, training, and development opportunities to ensure their success.
- Work closely with employees to set performance goals, expectations, and professional development plans.
- Ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly, including managing branch resources, equipment, and facilities.
- Continuously seek ways to improve processes and efficiency, identifying opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- 5 years of related experience, with a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Prior experience managing in the staffing industry is preferred.
- Prior experience in sales as an independent producer or sales leader is preferred.
- Proven leadership competencies and experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, employees, and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated business acumen, with a strong understanding of financial performance, customer relationships, and operational efficiency.
- Advanced problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines under pressure.
We offer a competitive salary range of $66,000 to $72,000 per year, plus incentive. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan, and tuition reimbursement. Additionally, we offer a dynamic and supportive work environment, with opportunities for professional growth and development.
Physical and Work RequirementsThe Branch Manager will work in a fast-paced office environment, with frequent customer interaction and constant use of computer, phone, and other office equipment. The employee must be able to stand, walk, sit, talk, and/or hear for long periods of time. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move 50 pounds. A valid driver's license and good safety record are required for driving to locations. The employee may be occasionally exposed to outdoor weather conditions.
