We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a Nurse Leader. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting and coordinating the day-to-day activities of nursing personnel in patient care units, providing direction to Clinical Staff, and implementing work of assigned units.
Key Responsibilities- Organize and oversee patient care delivery during an assigned shift, ensuring proper staffing and smooth operations of a patient care unit.
- Coach and counsel individual team members, monitor and provide feedback on performance, and address training needs.
- Document daily staffing, operational, and administrative records, maintaining compliance with governmental policies and procedures.
- Provide direction and support to nursing staff, demonstrating and promoting respect for the dignity and rights of every patient, and assisting with communications with patients and families.
- Allocate team resources responsibly and equitably, delegate appropriate levels of responsibility and authority, and provide oversight and guidance.
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing, preferred.
- 2 years of clinical patient care experience in a relevant setting.
- BLS required, RN License in state of employment or compact.
