Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the tasting room team to fulfill daily operational tasks.
  • Contribute to achieving sales targets, enhancing club memberships, and increasing visitor engagement.
  • Manage multiple tasks while addressing the needs of guests and the tasting room.
  • Utilize point-of-sale systems for efficient transaction processing.
  • Comply with local laws and regulations regarding alcohol service and sales.
  • Participate in training sessions outside of regular hours as needed.
  • Assist with various winery operations, including bottling, shipping, and event support.

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 21 years old.
  • Ability to obtain an OLCC server permit upon hire.
  • Ability to secure a valid Food Worker Card upon hire.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills with an engaging personality.
  • Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Experience in food service is preferred.

Preferred Skills:

  • Proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative.
  • Self-driven and capable of resolving issues independently.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift 40-50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods.
  • Capable of performing tasks that involve bending, walking, twisting, and carrying.
  • Comfortable working in a lively environment with elevated noise levels.
