Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Member Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members, ensuring a positive shopping experience, and maintaining a clean and organized sales floor.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide member service by maintaining a clean and organized sales floor, restocking merchandise, and assisting members with purchasing decisions.
  • Resolve member issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist with processing member purchases, returns, and exchanges according to company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain knowledge of company products and services to promote sales and provide recommendations to members.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous retail experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a cash register.
