Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a critical role in providing prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, establishing customer relationships, and following up with customers as needed.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options and provide personalized recommendations.
  • Maintain a strong work ethic, with a total commitment to success each and every day.
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales and customer service goals.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively relate to customers.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong desire to succeed and achieve results.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new systems, processes, and technologies.
  • Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain) and Life and Health license (must be able to obtain).
