Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a critical role in providing prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, establishing customer relationships, and following up with customers as needed.
Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options and provide personalized recommendations.
- Maintain a strong work ethic, with a total commitment to success each and every day.
