Job Overview

In Schneider's Regional Van Truckload division, experienced truck drivers enjoy a high volume of predictable freight and consistent drive time. This results in maximum earnings potential and reduced downtime.

Compensation
Schneider Regional Van Truckload drivers can earn up to $1,300 per week, plus weekly performance pay. With our 95% no-touch, mostly drop-and-hook freight, you'll have more time on the road and less time spent loading and unloading cargo.

Sign-On Bonus
New hires may be eligible for a $5,000 sign-on bonus, paid out over 12 months. Inexperienced drivers may receive a $2,500 sign-on bonus under the same terms.

Schneider offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401(k) savings plan with company match. We also provide unlimited referral bonuses and tuition reimbursement for qualified drivers.

Requirements
To qualify for this position, you must hold a valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) and have at least one year of verifiable experience. A HazMat endorsement is preferred, but not required. Schneider uses E-Verify to confirm the employment eligibility of all newly hired associates.
