Primary Responsibilities:

· Project Oversight and Coordination:

  • Assess project requirements, maintaining adherence to timelines and budget constraints.
  • Create operational schedules and project plans.
  • Promote additional services to existing clients and projects.
  • Assist crew leaders in troubleshooting any project-related challenges.
  • Recognize potential obstacles and facilitate prompt decision-making.

· Technical Duties:

  • Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial windows using established industry practices.
  • Execute supplementary tasks, including screen cleaning, track scrubbing, power washing, and gutter maintenance.
  • Manage job delegation and supervision to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Assume full responsibility for project outcomes, addressing any imperfections to guarantee client satisfaction.

· Client Engagement and Satisfaction:

  • Maintain clear communication with clients regarding project timelines, providing notifications prior to arrival.
  • Conduct post-job walkthroughs with clients to review results and resolve any concerns.
  • Process payment transactions and encourage client feedback.
  • Foster and uphold a strong reputation within the Pink's service area.

· Career Advancement:

  • This position serves as a pathway to a General Manager (GM) role, which offers increased compensation and an equity stake in Pink's.
  • Responsibilities may evolve as you progress within the organization.
  • A company vehicle will be provided for work-related tasks.

Required Qualifications:

  • Ability to assess client needs and provide accurate project estimates.
  • Capability to work autonomously in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong organizational, prioritization, and time management skills.
  • Detail-oriented, reliable, and dependable.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficient in using personal computers, mobile devices, and relevant software applications.
  • Prior experience in sales or project estimation is advantageous but not mandatory.
