We are looking for a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist with prior OASIS experience to work with a partnering home health care provider in Iowa. Our team brings over 30 years of experience and a reputation for excellence to every therapist we support.

Contract Details:

  • $1,720 - $1,886 per week
  • Paid by the hour - not by the visit
  • Designated territory of coverage with a set amount of patients
  • Previous experience with OASIS/Medicare Certified Visits required

To be eligible for this position, you must have:

  • Graduate of an accredited SLP program
  • Licensed as a Speech Language Pathologist in Iowa
  • CPR Certified or ability to obtain
  • Previous experience with Computer Charting
  • 6 months of previous Home Health Care experience
  • Valid U.S. Driver's License and reliable transportation
