We are looking for a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist with prior OASIS experience to work with a partnering home health care provider in Iowa. Our team brings over 30 years of experience and a reputation for excellence to every therapist we support.
Contract Details:
- $1,720 - $1,886 per week
- Paid by the hour - not by the visit
- Designated territory of coverage with a set amount of patients
- Previous experience with OASIS/Medicare Certified Visits required

To be eligible for this position, you must have:
- Graduate of an accredited SLP program

- 6 months of previous Home Health Care experience
- Valid U.S. Driver's License and reliable transportation
