About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Water Resource Management Specialist to join our team at BlueTriton Brands. This role will involve managing existing water supplies, exploring new opportunities, and developing strategies to meet our company's water needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a safe and positive work environment while adhering to good safety practices.
  • Assist in the management of existing spring and non-spring water sources, including site operations, monitoring, security, and maintenance.
  • Aid in compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
  • Execute effective communications within the organization, with regulators, and with communities where we are located.
  • Identify, study, and develop new spring and non-spring water supplies for factories in the geographic area of responsibility.
  • Achieve tactical and long-term water capacity needs to support producing locations within the geographic area of responsibility.
  • Manage individual tasks and budgets, as well as assist project managers on larger projects.

Qualifications:

  • Texas Commission on Environmental Quality, Public Water System – Class D Water Operator License (minimum requirement).
  • Minimum three years' work experience in water operations or a related field (references required).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, project management skills, and personnel, team, and contractor management skills.
  • Basic computer skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as enhanced water quality instrumentation and computer skills (preferred).
  • Organizational and problem-solving skills, ability to work additional hours, flexibility to travel as required, and ability to work outdoors in various environments.

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
