We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Analyst to join our team at Koniag Government Services.

Job Description

This role will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services for the AFLCMC/GB4 program. The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams to troubleshoot issues, document HW and SW problems using best practices, and track customer issues in the customer ticketing system.

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting services for the GB4 Program
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client requests
  • Document and analyze technical issues

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT network environments, excellent problem-solving skills, and experience working with helpdesk ticketing systems.

In addition to providing technical support, this role will also involve assessing and documenting risks for the environment, conducting root-cause analysis of issues, and collaborating with colleagues to maintain and improve the overall performance of the GB4 Program.

Requirements
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen
  • Holds a successfully completed NACI or higher background investigation
  • Associate's degree or relevant work experience
  • Experience with helpdesk ticketing systems
  • Ability to multitask
Preferred Qualifications
  • Working knowledge of AF logistics systems and AF cataloging systems
  • Agile trained and/or certifications
