Pharmacy Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled Pharmacy Technician to join our team at Sam's Club. As a Pharmacy Technician, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our pharmacy department.

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting members, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Process member purchases, handle returns and exchanges, and assist with payments and other transactions.
• Assist pharmacists with processing prescriptions, stocking and securing pharmacy supplies, and completing paperwork and documentation.
• Receive and stock merchandise in the pharmacy area, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Collaborate with colleagues and management to achieve department goals and objectives.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in a retail or pharmacy environment preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
• Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a cash register.
