Pharmacy Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Pharmacy Technician to join our team at Sam's Club. As a Pharmacy Technician, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our pharmacy department.

• Provide excellent customer service by acknowledging members, identifying their needs, and assisting with purchasing decisions.
• Operate cash registers and related equipment, process member purchases, and assist with payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges.
• Assist with processing prescription and OTC orders and purchases, stocking and securing pharmacy supplies and merchandise, and completing paperwork and documentation.
• Receive and stock merchandise in the pharmacy area, and maintain the pharmacy area by following company procedures and utilizing equipment appropriately.
• Collaborate with managers, co-workers, customers, and other business partners to complete work assignments and priorities.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in a pharmacy or retail environment preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and provide excellent customer service.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
