Dispensary Associate Job Description

At Trulieve, we're dedicated to providing exceptional patient care and a unique customer experience. As a Dispensary Associate, you'll play a vital role in guiding customers through their journey into cannabis, educating them on the benefits and potential side effects of our products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients, guests, and coworkers.
  • Offer empathy and compassion to patients, ensuring a positive and supportive experience.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and provide accurate information to customers.
  • Process patient orders in a timely and efficient manner, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with management and shift supervisors to resolve customer issues and improve the customer experience.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent and experience in retail and/or customer service.
  • Must be at least 21 years old (or 18 in CT, PA, and WV) and possess a valid driver's license and clean driving record (for delivery driver role).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.
Work Environment:

As a Dispensary Associate, you'll work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, interacting with customers and team members daily. You'll be required to move intermittently throughout the workday, with occasional lifting, pushing, and pulling of objects up to 50 pounds.
