About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and knowledgeable Retail Associate to join our team at DCM, Inc. Our mission is to grow more than the world's best Cannabis, and we're looking for individuals who share our passion for the industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience for all patients and customers.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and strains, as well as industry-wide product knowledge.
  • Ensure the dispensary is always adequately stocked, clean, and well-organized.
  • Meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and assess the quality of our relationship with them.
  • Counsel customers regarding the use of cannabis and cannabis-infused products.
  • Conduct sales transactions and accurately input data into the Point-of-Sale system.
Requirements
  • At least 21 years of age.
  • Pass a Federal and State criminal history background check.
  • Minimum of two years of retail or food service experience, with two years of cannabis experience preferred.
  • Minimum of two years of METRC experience.

  • Passion for the cannabis culture.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of industry and industry-related trends.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • Excellent customer service.
  • Creative quick thinking to serve as a problem solver with a positive outlook.
  • Ability to foster collaboration and be a team player.
