About the Role

M3 is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Research Physician to join our team. As a key member of our clinical development team, you will be responsible for providing clinical mentorship and leadership for clinical trials conduct within our organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical expertise into the conduct of clinical trials, ensuring compliance with FDA regulations and GCP guidelines.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external medical professionals, local opinion leaders, and biopharmaceutical companies.
  • Work closely with colleagues in Regulatory Affairs, Clinical Operations, and Patient Engagement to ensure seamless trial execution.
  • Lead and oversee a team of researchers and clinical staff involved in clinical trials, providing clinical direction and oversight.
  • Evaluate study volunteer eligibility, perform physical exams, and assess patient health through interviews and physical examinations.
  • Communicate effectively with patients regarding diagnosis and treatment goals, and review diagnostic reports to provide clinical direction to the study team.

Requirements

  • 10 years' post-training experience as a physician in general medicine or internal medicine.
  • Current licensure to practice medicine in the state of hire, with no history of license suspension or debarment.
  • Advanced knowledge of treatment and drug interactions, with strong attention to detail and leadership qualities.
  • Ability to build rapport with patients and biopharmaceutical sponsors, with a strong clinical research background.
