We are in search of a dedicated Traffic Management Operations Supervisor to enhance our team. This role is pivotal in guaranteeing the safety and operational efficiency of our construction projects, supervising daily activities, and leading a team of Traffic Management Laborers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prioritize safety by ensuring all activities adhere to company, state, and client safety regulations.
  • Oversee the allocation and positioning of traffic control signage and markers in accordance with specified plans.
  • Manage the establishment, upkeep, and dismantling of work zones, striving to meet or surpass client expectations.
  • Exemplify best practices in handling traffic cones and assembling traffic control signage as necessary.
  • Provide training and guidance to flaggers on effective techniques for directing traffic through construction zones.
  • Ensure that vehicles and equipment are systematically organized and maintained for optimal operational readiness.
  • Effectively direct traffic flow through work sites utilizing appropriate signals and signage.
