CAT Diesel Training Program

The Diesel Technician Trainee program consists of 2,400 hours of intensive training across a 15-month period. Trainees will rotate through various technical areas within our facilities and work alongside experienced Caterpillar technicians. This hands-on training includes:
- 2000 hours of on-the-job training
- 200 hours of classroom learning
- 200 hours of online, computer-based training
Upon successful completion of the program, trainees have the opportunity to be offered a full-time technician position at any Milton CAT or Milton Rents location.
