About the Role

The Granite YMCA is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Site Director to lead our before and after school programs. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the success of our programs through effective leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement daily programs and curricula that promote youth development and well-being.
  • Supervise and train staff members to ensure high-quality programming and excellent customer service.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports as required by regulatory agencies.
  • Collaborate with school administrators, parents, and community partners to achieve program goals.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in elementary education, recreation, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience working with children in a licensed childcare or recreation setting.
  • Certification as a recreation director or equivalent experience.

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
