Role Purpose:

The primary aim of this role is to deliver therapeutic services to clients, engaging in interdisciplinary treatment planning through comprehensive psychosocial assessments and crisis intervention strategies.

Compensation Range:

Licensed Professionals (Depending on experience): $77,000-$88,000

Associate Professionals (Depending on experience): $63,000-$78,000

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver individual, crisis, group, and family therapy sessions as outlined in client treatment plans.
  • Develop social/emotional objectives for client treatment plans and participate in relevant meetings to discuss progress.
  • Create referral documentation for mental health services as needed.
  • Maintain accurate client records and documentation using secure online systems.
  • Report any suspected abuse or neglect in accordance with mandated reporting laws.
  • Ensure confidentiality of client information and obtain necessary permissions for sharing information.
  • Participate in weekly supervision and consultation meetings as required.
  • Complete all mandated continuing education requirements annually.
  • Provide specialized training on therapeutic topics to staff as requested.
  • Fulfill additional responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • A Master's degree in Counseling or a related field with relevant experience.
  • Active licensure as an LMFT, AMFT, LPCC, APCC, LCSW, or ASW.
  • Experience in educational or therapeutic settings.
  • Background checks and clearances as required.
  • Certifications in crisis intervention or first aid are advantageous.

Work Environment:
  • May encounter occasional exposure to environmental factors.
  • Physical activities may include lifting, carrying, and mobility tasks.
  • Must have normal vision and hearing capabilities.
  • Noise levels may vary.
