Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at ProCare Therapy in Lexington, VA. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will work with students in a K-12 setting, providing comprehensive speech and language evaluations, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and collaborating with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student learning and success.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students with communication disorders
  • Provide therapy services to students in individual and group settings
  • Monitor and document student progress
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student learning and success
  • Participate in IEP meetings and provide input on students' speech and language needs
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid Virginia license or certification in Speech-Language Pathology
  • ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) preferred, but open to Clinical Fellows
  • Experience working with K-12 students with communication disorders
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to maintain accurate records and meet deadlines
