Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Automotive Assistant/Service Manager to join our team at one of our state-of-the-art service and retail tire sales centers in the Tifton, GA area. As an Automotive Assistant/Service Manager, you will be responsible for assisting customers with tire selections and under-car repair services, as well as overseeing the efficient operation of the repair shop.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist customers with tire selections and under-car repair services
  • Oversee the efficient operation of the repair shop
  • Schedule mechanics/technicians' work and order parts
  • Ensure the quality and timely completion of jobs exceeding customer expectations
  • Communicate safety and mechanical issues to the store manager
  • Provide basic math and PC skills
  • Supervise and lead a team of mechanics/technicians
Requirements
  • 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive parts and/or tire sales
  • 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive repairs/maintenance
  • Any combination of education, training, and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position
