Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement infection prevention programs to ensure a safe environment for staff and residents.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to identify and mitigate infection risks.
• Provide education and training to staff on infection prevention and control best practices.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with infection control protocols.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest infection prevention and control guidelines and regulations.

Requirements:

• Primary nursing training with LPN/RN certification.
• Bachelor's Degree in applied clinical science.
• Five years of clinical experience in critical care, emergency medicine, and medical/surgical nursing.
• Previous experience in teaching and curriculum development.
• Membership in APIC or SHEA.
• Adaptability and flexibility in meeting service needs.
