We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Part-Time Leasing Consultant to join our team at MLP Management, LLC. As a Leasing Consultant, you will play a crucial role in managing and maintaining the day-to-day operations of our apartment communities in the Wentzville, Lake St. Louis, St. Peters, and Saint Louis area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to incoming leads and showcase our properties to prospective residents
  • Develop and execute effective marketing plans to drive traffic and conversions
  • Process applications and ensure seamless transitions for new residents
  • Collaborate with on-site Property Managers to achieve sales goals and maintain community standards
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal and external customers

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of sales or marketing experience, with a background in multi-family leasing preferred
  • Proven track record of success in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
