About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Retail Associate at Sam's Club. As a key member of our café team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to our members
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to member inquiries
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards
  • Stock and rotate merchandise, ensuring high-quality products are available to our members
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and improve member satisfaction
Requirements
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Food Service experience preferred, but not required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
