Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Retail Associate - Member Experience Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional member service, ensuring a positive shopping experience, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide member service by acknowledging members, identifying their needs, and assisting with purchasing decisions.
  • Process member purchases, assist with payments, and utilize cash registers to complete transactions.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including sweeping and cleaning the parking lot.
  • Assist with club pick up orders, including contacting members to notify of delayed pickup times and offering alternative product options.
  • Resolve member issues and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
