Licensed Practical Nurse

As a Licensed Practical Nurse at UPMC Presbyterian, you will have the opportunity to work in our 20-bed Acute Inpatient Rehabilitation unit. Our team cares for patients from all specialties across Presbyterian and Montefiore hospitals, as well as patients from outside facilities. We are a Stroke Center of Excellence designated by the Joint Commission.
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate LPN to join our interdisciplinary team. The ideal candidate will be able to provide focused assessment and care planning, using their knowledge and experience to assist patients in achieving their highest level of function possible.
The successful candidate will be able to work collaboratively with our team to deliver patient-centered care, providing detailed and appropriate teaching to patients and families. They will also be able to communicate effectively with peers and management regarding safety hazards and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.
We offer a competitive salary of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, based on experience.
