Job Summary:This is a leadership position responsible for managing the daily Teller function for a branch. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with policies and procedures, providing excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of Tellers to ensure exceptional customer service and sales performance.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory, security, and bank policies and procedures.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and feedback to team members.
- Manage branch operations, including scheduling, staffing, and inventory management.
- Collaborate with other branch teams to achieve business objectives.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a banking or financial services environment.
- Proven leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
