Role Summary:

The Program Coordinator is essential to managing operations and fostering relationships with international medical students and graduates, as well as U.S. educational partners. This role involves liaising with physicians and their administrative teams to uphold program quality, manage documentation, and verify eligibility criteria. Key responsibilities include overseeing administrative tasks, ensuring accurate and updated program information on AMO's platform, and maintaining compliance with medical facilities regarding immunization and documentation standards.

This position offers remote work flexibility, but candidates must reside in specified states.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with physicians and their teams through phone or video conferencing.
  • Craft strategic emails that resonate with prospective and current preceptors.
  • Build and nurture relationships with preceptors and administrators to ensure satisfaction and success.
  • Understand and address preceptor and student challenges with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
  • Collaborate effectively with AMO team members to achieve common goals.
  • Create compelling program content that reflects the needs of our students.
  • Manage documentation processes, including reviewing and organizing submissions from medical trainees.
  • Ensure compliance through the credentialing of physicians and medical professionals.
  • Maintain a robust knowledge base of healthcare, medical education, and evolving products and services.
  • Support the onboarding of programs onto AMO's platform.
  • Participate in departmental projects aimed at enhancing processes and achieving data-driven objectives.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
