Orthodontic Care Coordinator Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Orthodontic Care Coordinator to join our team at Pippin Dental & Braces - a Benevis company. As an Orthodontic Care Coordinator, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and ensuring the smooth operation of our orthodontic treatment process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote and Explain Treatment Plans: Clearly communicate orthodontic treatment plans to patients, addressing their concerns and questions.
  • Educate Patients: Provide detailed information on treatment plans, associated costs, and expected outcomes.
  • Monitor and Track Collections: Effectively manage patient payments, follow up on outstanding balances, and adhere to company payment policies.
  • Support the Orthodontist: Perform administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments and maintaining accurate patient records.
  • Engage with Patients: Foster positive relationships with patients, soliciting referrals and tracking satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Education: High school degree or equivalent.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in orthodontic treatment coordination.
  • Certification: Additional certification in dental radiology is required.
