Position OverviewRole Summary

As a Fashion Retail Associate at H&M, you will be instrumental in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that shoppers remain stylish. Your key responsibilities will include enhancing the customer experience, driving sales, and upholding operational standards. By sharing your fashion knowledge and collaborating with your team, you will help create a cohesive environment that exceeds customer expectations.

This role reports to the Department Managers and works closely with the Department Supervisor.

Daily Responsibilities
  • Interact with customers to provide outstanding service on the sales floor and in service areas.
  • Ensure a well-organized sales floor through effective product display and merchandising.
  • Efficiently receive and process merchandise while adhering to operational guidelines.
  • Assist in stocking and replenishing inventory according to company standards.
  • Manage transactions at the register and inform customers about loyalty programs.
  • Promote a safe and secure work environment by diligently following procedures.

  • Enthusiastic about customer service and assisting customers in discovering their unique style.
  • Skilled at multitasking in a dynamic retail setting.

Additional Information
  • Employment Type: Hourly, Non-Exempt.
  • Starting Salary for Sales Associates: $12.00 per hour.
