Job Description

This position is responsible for providing exceptional patient service as the first point of contact for our patients. The ideal candidate will be able to multitask, work independently, and demonstrate excellent communication skills.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Greet patients and check them in efficiently
  • Collect relevant information, including insurance details and co-payments
  • Provide training support to new staff members and assist with special projects as needed

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in a healthcare setting preferred
  • Skills:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic computer knowledge and proficiency with office equipment
  • Patient-focused with ability to work independently
