  • Policy Enforcement: Support policies and procedures while adhering to both site-specific Standard Operating Procedures and INA's internal policies and training.
  • Threat Prevention: Implement security measures to protect against sabotage, terrorism, subversion, and other hostile activities.
  • Legal Compliance: Enforce standards of conduct and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Incident Response: Detain individuals within the scope of your authority, following legal guidelines and instructions.
  • Emergency Management: Respond promptly to emergencies based on site-specific protocols.
  • Legal Testimony: Provide testimony in court proceedings, hearings, or appeals as necessary.
Required Qualifications:
  • Education: High School diploma or GED required; a college degree in a related field is preferred.
  • Experience: A minimum of three (3) years of law enforcement experience is required.
  • Licenses: Valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
  • Background Screening: Ability to pass INA's pre-employment background check, including drug screening and criminal history evaluation.
  • Physical Requirements:
    • Ability to work flexible hours, including before or after shifts, nights, and weekends as required.
    • Physical capability to walk, run, and maneuver over uneven terrain or pavement.
    • Ability to lift over 30 pounds.
