About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Laborer to join our team at AA Asphalting. As a Laborer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our construction sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Site Preparation: Load and unload construction supplies, prepare construction sites, and break down sites at the end of the job.
  • Equipment Operation: Operate a variety of equipment, including hand and power tools, rollers, backhoes, and more.
  • Asphalt Work: Measure and line out areas for paving jobs, use rakes, lutes, and shovels to dump, shovel, and level asphalt, and assist the screed operator with operating the paver.
  • Quality Control: Inspect asphalt and repeat as necessary to ensure high-quality results.
