About the Role:

  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Conduct ABA therapy sessions to help children reach their full potential
  • Build strong relationships with clients and their families, providing support and resources as needed

Requirements:

  • High school diploma required; college degree preferred
  • Experience working with children with developmental disabilities is a plus
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for helping others
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
