Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary liaison for customer interactions while overseeing and managing customer portals.
  • Collaborate closely with the Advanced Quality Engineering (AQE) department throughout the program development lifecycle.
  • Support the Quality Department in the maintenance of the Integrated Management System (IMS) to align with IATF 16949:2016 certification requirements.
  • Enforce corporate quality programs, policies, and procedures, ensuring the precision and accuracy of production and testing equipment.
  • Enhance documentation processes to uphold the quality of manufactured products.
  • Manage program-related quality documentation, including process flow charts, P-FMEA, and control plans.
  • Conduct necessary PPAP studies and documentation, including dimensional and weight studies.
  • Facilitate lessons learned initiatives based on internal and customer-related quality issues.
  • Provide training on processes, procedures, and standards as defined in the Integrated Management System (IMS).
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment by adhering to 5S principles and participating in audit processes.
  • Assist in preparations and participate in audits related to IATF16949, customer requirements, and other necessary duties.
  • Oversee customer complaint management, including root-cause analysis, corrective actions, and tracking within customer portals.
  • Participate in vendor complaint management and monitor scorecards from customer portals for evaluation.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of 3 years of substantial experience in the automotive quality management sector, preferably with a Tier 1/2 supplier or OEM.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Quality Management Systems, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with quality management tools and automotive standards, along with international experience working with diverse suppliers and customers.

Authorization to work in the United States is required, and candidates should possess or be able to obtain a passport for potential travel.
