Position Summary:
CEF is seeking enthusiastic individuals to support new owners of high-end consumer electronics.

This position involves managing both incoming and outgoing communications to educate customers about their devices and ensure proper setup and functionality.

It demands outstanding customer service abilities and a commitment to providing a premium experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional service experiences to customers of luxury products.
Oversee the onboarding process for new product users.
Address inquiries related to the technical aspects of products.
Facilitate multi-channel interactions (including phone, email, SMS, and chat).
Generate ideas to enhance customer and employee experiences.
Engage with clients and participate in regular client meetings.

Essential Qualifications:
3-5 years of experience in a customer service role.
High school diploma or equivalent; or a combination of education and experience.
Proven ability to manage incoming and outgoing customer communications.
Capacity to build and nurture relationships with customers across various channels.
Flexibility in a dynamic and evolving work environment.
Desire to learn intricate processes for high-end products.
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (4 years) and/or Associate's degree (2 years).
Experience in a technical support capacity, particularly with consumer electronics.
Proven track record of achieving successful NPS or CSAT outcomes.
Background in human behavior analysis and/or A/B testing is advantageous.
