Autonomous Vehicle Test Framework Specialist

We're looking for experienced test frameworks engineers to join our team. In this role, you'll design and implement comprehensive testing frameworks, improving the productivity of our development/QA teams and bringing standardization and automation to our processes and practices. You'll work across our suite of products, tackling difficult full-stack, infrastructure, robotics, and graphics problems as the last line of defense.
Key Responsibilities
- Create test scripts to automate the testing process and streamline overall design and performance verification testing.
- Collaborate closely with engineers, product managers, engineering managers, and customers to build detailed test programs for our products that push the frontier of AV software development.
- Conduct and analyze test results and be responsible for critical performance of feature releases and updates.
- Prioritize execution of test plans and procedures, and identify performance margins.
- Own the sign-off of test results, analysis, and reports for ongoing improvements of testing requirements.
Requirements
To excel in this role, you should have:
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software, Electrical, Physics, Mathematics, or a similar engineering field.
- 6+ years of software testing experience with complex software systems.
- Background with UI Testing, API Integration Testing, Load Testing.
- Good communication, organizational skills, and proactiveness.
- A high level of professionalism to nurture an ego-free culture.
Benefits and Compensation
This position comes with a competitive salary range of $130,000 - $173,000 USD annually. Additional benefits include equity, comprehensive health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance coverage, 401k retirement benefits with employer match, learning and wellness stipends, and paid time off.
