Job Title: Autonomous Vehicle Compiler Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Autonomous Vehicle Compiler Specialist to join our Compute Team at Waymo. This is a critical role that requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have experience with compiler design and implementation, as well as knowledge of high-performance architectures and neural network inference platforms. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience, is required. We prefer candidates with a Master's or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $192,000-$243,000 USD per year, based on factors such as location, experience, and education. Additionally, Waymo employees are eligible for a discretionary annual bonus program, equity incentive plan, and generous company benefits program.
