Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough Comparative Market Analyses to inform business decisions
  • Prepare comprehensive Market Summaries for corporate submittals
  • Develop and maintain Quarterly Market and Economic Statistics Reports
  • Create high-quality maps and graphical representations of market data
  • Design and deliver effective presentations to stakeholders
  • Track escrows and project schedules to ensure timely completion
  • Assist in all land closing activities, including due diligence and title report review
  • Prepare land tour packages and gather information for potential projects
  • Compile and analyze data to inform business decisions
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Civil Engineering, Planning, or GIS
  • 3-5 years of related experience in land acquisition or a related field
  • Proven ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Documented experience in the Northern California market is highly preferred
