- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries in a professional and courteous manner, providing information about our menu, hours of operation, and other relevant details.
- Manage reservations and waiting lists efficiently, ensuring that guests are seated in a timely manner and that their needs are met.
- Provide menus and answer questions about our menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods, helping guests make informed decisions about their dining experience.
- Seat guests at tables or in waiting areas, ensuring that they are comfortable and have everything they need.
- Engage with guests to ensure they are happy with their food and service, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
- Respond to complaints and help resolve them, working with other team members to find solutions and ensure guest satisfaction.
Requirements and Skills:
- A positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure with all restaurant staff, providing exceptional service even in a fast-paced environment.
- High-quality work while unsupervised, taking initiative and responsibility for your tasks and duties.
- Willingness to follow instructions and ask questions for clarification if needed, demonstrating a commitment to learning and growth.
- Able to work in a busy restaurant environment, adapting to changing circumstances and priorities.
- Restaurant experience a plus, but not necessary, as we provide training and support to help you succeed in this role.
