- Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to develop and implement quality improvement initiatives.
- Participate in auditing and QA activities to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Provide education and training to nursing staff on best practices and new technologies.
- A current license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of New York.
- Associate's degree in nursing or Degree of Nursing from an accredited school.
- 1 year or more of recent experience as a RN ideally in a long-term care facility.
- Bachelor's degree of nursing.
- Registered Nurses at Schuyler Ridge must possess a passion for caring for patients and demonstrate a respectful, caring, professional demeanor.
- The RN Supervisor must be able to lead and supervise a team of different backgrounds.
- The RN Supervisor must have excellent time management and organizational skills.
- The RN Supervisor must be able to communicate effectively, verbally and written and possess strong critical thinking skills to problem solve.
- A competitive salary range of up to $55.68 per hour.
