Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced project manager to lead our data center projects from initial planning through to final warranty and maintenance. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless coordination and handoffs between internal and external stakeholders, as well as adherence to project timelines and budgets.

  • Project Management Leadership: Develop and manage detailed project plans, staffing needs, and schedules, working closely with the Account Management team and Service Team to allocate resources effectively and achieve project goals.
  • Ensures subcontractors understand expectations of the project. Owns and manages project execution plan including updating the project schedule.
  • Planning and Coordination: Develops comprehensive proposals detailing project scope, milestones, delivers regular progress reports to management and clients to maintain transparency and manage expectations.
  • Scope Development and Reporting: Prepares comprehensive proposals detailing project scope, milestones, delivers regular progress reports to management and clients to maintain transparency and manage expectations.
  • Stakeholder Management and Customer Relations: Establishes and maintains strong relationships with customers, contractors, and internal teams, resolving issues promptly to uphold customer satisfaction and ensure successful project outcomes.
