Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Behavioral Health Specialist to join our team. As a Behavioral Health Specialist, you will work closely with our clinical team to provide individualized support and services to individuals with special needs.
Responsibilities
- Provide individualized support and services to individuals with special needs
- Collaborate with the clinical team to develop and implement treatment plans
- Assist with daily living skills, such as personal care and hygiene
- Support individuals with behavioral challenges, such as aggression and self-injury
- Document progress and maintain accurate records
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as psychology, social work, or special education
- One year of experience working with individuals with special needs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
