As a Medical Coordinator for Medi Home Health Agency, you will be responsible for receiving referrals and scheduling patient care personnel as needed.

The ideal candidate will have one year of experience in the healthcare industry, preferably in home care. Previous customer service and data entry experience is also preferred.

Responsibilities include obtaining all pertinent information regarding insurance of patients, checking the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system, creating and updating patients' assignment screens, and updating or changing patient status as necessary.

In this role, you will work closely with our team to ensure seamless patient care and excellent customer service.
