About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Denture Lab Technician to join our team at Aspen Dental. As a key member of our dental laboratory, you will play a critical role in creating high-quality dentures that improve the lives of our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Dentists to ensure optimal patient satisfaction and deliver exceptional results.
  • Oversee Laboratory Operations and manage the fabrication of dentures from impression to insertion.
  • Complete Prosthetic Repairs, relines, and re-bases to meet the needs of our patients.
  • Prepare Laboratory Supply Orders and maintain a well-stocked laboratory.
  • Work Collaboratively with other members of the dental team to provide exceptional patient care.
Requirements
  • Strong Communication Skills with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages and backgrounds.
  • Experience in Denture Fabrication with a focus on quality and attention to detail.
  • Ability to Pass a Hands-on Skill Assessment and demonstrate proficiency in dental laboratory technology.
