- Maintain cost control ledgers and job cost statements to ensure financial transparency.
- Prepare and expedite payments, as well as estimate, prepare, and negotiate Change Orders.
- Write subcontract Change Orders and set up and maintain all aspects of the CMiC system.
- Prepare bid packages, solicit and evaluate bids, and write project procedures.
- Review plans for completeness and accuracy, and prepare Purchase Orders and Rental Agreements.
- Supervise and train Project Engineers and clerical staff, and complete other responsibilities as assigned.
- Engineering, Construction Management, or Architectural degree, or equivalent experience.
- Thorough understanding of plans and specifications, with field experience as a Project Engineer or Assistant Superintendent.
- Effective written and verbal communications skills, organizational skills, and 3-4 years of construction experience.
- 1+ years of scheduling and estimating experience.
