About the Role
The Registered Nurse I provides safe and effective patient care by utilizing best practices during hand-off communication and when reporting patient care information. They perform and document systematic assessments according to established criteria, recognize and respond to abnormal diagnostic data, and report to appropriate personnel.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide quality patient care by adhering to established standards and guidelines.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Identify and address patient needs in a timely and professional manner.
- Participate in peer review and performance improvement initiatives to continuously improve care delivery.
Requirements
To be successful as a Registered Nurse I, you must have a High School Diploma/GED and be a Registered Nurse. You must be able to lift, move, and load 30 to 50 pounds and work alternate shift schedules. Additionally, you should possess word processing, spreadsheets, data entry, database experience, and other computer-related skills.

Earnings Estimate
We estimate that this role has an annual salary range of $65,000 to $85,000 based on national averages and industry standards.
