As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring a memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pre-Service Preparation: Ensure the function site/restaurant is set according to specifications, including tables, buffets, and other service areas.
  • Food and Beverage Service: Serve food and beverage items to guests based on established guidelines, ensuring timely and efficient service.
  • Table Setting and Maintenance: Set dining tables, buffets, and other service areas according to Banquet Event Order/Restaurant SOPs or as directed.
  • Guest Communication: Communicate guest requests and concerns to the department manager, ensuring prompt resolution.
  • Cleanliness and Organization: Maintain a clean banquet or catering kitchen, coolers, and equipment, and assist in inventory control and monitoring waste in the banquet or catering area.
  • Customer Service: Anticipate guest needs and provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive dining experience.
  • Safe Work Practices: Incorporate safe work practices in job performance, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Additional Duties: Perform other duties as required to support the team and ensure seamless service.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and one to three months of banquet setting and service experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age or older to meet state age requirements to serve alcohol.

Other Qualifications:

  • Energy and Motivation: Demonstrate good energy and motivation, with a strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of Banquet Set Up: Possess knowledge of banquet set up and be able to effectively communicate with the team.
  • Availability: Must have full availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Teamwork: Able to work within a team atmosphere, providing support and assistance as needed.
