Job Title: Server

We are seeking a skilled Server to join our team at Denny's. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming dining environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take orders and serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest needs and concerns in a friendly and courteous manner
  • Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including tables, chairs, and floors
  • Work effectively as part of a team to ensure seamless service and high guest satisfaction
  • Meet or exceed sales and service standards, including average guest check and service cycle timing

Requirements:

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift and carry supplies and equipment up to 30 pounds
  • Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
